Our Box of 10 15 in. tarp straps come with S hooks at both ends, mostly are used for tying down truck tarps, such as steel tarps and lumber tarps, and you can stretch the rubber band from 70% to 100%, the longer the tarp strap the lower the stretching percentage, for 9'' tarp strap the stretch percentage can be close to 100% while for 41'' tarp strap the percentage is probably only around 70%. When you choose tarp straps for your steel tarps or lumber tarps, please take the length and stretch percentage into account.
