Our Box of 10 21 in. tarp tie down straps come with S hooks at both ends, mostly are used for tying down steel tarps, lumber tarps and all truck tarps with D bands,  and you can stretch the rubber band from 70% to 100%, the longer the tarp strap the lower the stretching percentage, for 9'' tarp strap the stretch percentage can be close to 100% while for 41'' tarp strap the percentage is probably only around 70%. When you choose tarp straps for your steel tarps or lumber tarps, be sure to take the length and stretch percentage into consideration.
