·      Free Shipping for all orders over $50 in the (continental USA)

·      Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days.

·     You will receive your package(s) within 1-6 days (with domestic ground shipping), if packages are shipped via USPS priority mail, you will receive your packages within 2-3 business days, FedEx shipments will arrive between 1-5 business days.

·      We will provide you with tracking information whenever it is possible.

·     For special delivery addresses there are extra shipping and handling charges, please contact us by phone 201-754-1010 or email support@mfrexpress.com before you make final purchase.

·      FREE SHIPPING for qualified orders and Flat Rate is only valid for US Continental shipping addresses, unless stated otherwise in the product description. All non-US & non-US Continental customers should contact us by phone 201-754-1010 or email support@mfrexpress.com to get the exact quote of shipping charge.

·      Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped by FedEx ground or USPS priority mail, for most areas the order will be delivered within 1-4 days.

·      Orders need to have a total amount of $50 or more to qualify for current free shipping offer.

 

 

Returns & Refunds

 

We only accept returns or exchanges if the item you purchased are defective, shipment is incomplete, or product is damaged from shipment. Custom made products are non-returnable. Buyer is responsible to inspect all products upon receipt of order. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service at 201-754-1010 within 7 days of receipt. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

If the merchandise is being returned because of customer error, there is a restocking fee of 20%. Customers will be responsible for any shipping charges to return the item(s).

Important Guidelines for Returns

·       All returns must be clearly labeled with your Invoice number.

·       Returns must be in like new/unused condition to receive a refund.

·       Returns may only be made within 7 days of receipt of your order.

·       Customers are responsible for arranging shipping and any shipping costs related to returning the merchandise. We recommend using a carrier that will provide a tracking number for the shipment. Please keep the tracking number for reference until your return has been processed.

·       Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable.

·       A 20% restocking fee will be applied on all approved returns.

ME assumes no responsibility for the use or misapplication of any product it sells. Rigging, lifting products and safety gear is only intended to be used by competent trained professionals. All products are sold with the understanding that the purchaser is familiar with their safe use and correct application. Responsibility for design and use decisions rests with the user.

Products should be used in strict accordance with all industry and OSHA standards. At no time should rigging or safety gear be used beyond its Working Load Limits. All gear should be thoroughly inspected before every use. Worn or unsafe rigging and safety gear should never be used.

ME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
